We work hard to prepare your orders as quickly as possible. Therefore, there is a limited amount of time when we are able to cancel or amend your order before it is shipped.

Whilst we do our best to action your request, please be advised that it is not guaranteed that we will be able to cancel or amend your order after it has been placed.
We are unable to cancel or amend orders that have already been processed. In this scenario, we request that you follow the return instructions included in the parcel.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Change of mind
We are happy to offer a refund/exchange for an unwanted item returned within 14 calendar days of the date you received it, provided that the following apply:
- Returns are accepted only if the product is unused in its original condition and its packaging has not been opened.
- The product must be accompanied by all the documents with which it was sent (receipt or invoice).
- For hygienic purposes, no returns/ refunds will be accepted for emollients / creams.
- No returns/ refunds will be accepted for products purchased from in-class courses, promotional events, trade fairs, contests, etc.
Defective Products / Wrong Orders
In the event of any defect, i.e. the product is defective or has been damaged during shipment, we will replace it only if we are informed promptly within 2 days of its receipt.

Beyond this time, replacement is not possible. In this case, the defective product is replaced with a new one and you will not be charged any additional charges.
In case we dispatch a wrong order, the wrong product is replaced with a new one of your choice and of equal function and you are not charged with any extra amount. Alternatively, you can send us back the wrong order and we refund the money corresponding to the order value and shipping costs.
Your money will be refunded as follows:
- on your debit / credit card and within 5-6 business days from the day the product is returned to us.
- in a bank account of your choice, and within 5-6 working days from the day the product is returned to us.
- If the return does not take place within 14 calendar days of the date of receipt or if some of the return conditions are not met, we reserve the right not to accept the products back, nor to replace them or return any money.
