Combo Myofascial Course

Course Description

This two-days course gives trainees the skills needed to provide myofascial treatment with IASTM, cupping, flossing and foam-rolling. Trainees get hands-on practise in 15 hours of practical training. Supervised application of taught techniques is performed in 2-3 persons. The course is taught in the local language or in English with interpretation in the local language.

This Combo Myofascial Course teaches you how to treat injuries of soft tissue and fascia pathologies using:

  1. Advanced ERGON IASTM techniques,
  2. Cupping therapy,
  3. Flossing treatment, and
  4. Exercise with the use of a foam roller.

Who is it for?

Participants must be licensed professionals that have successfully completed the BASIC ERGON IASTM Course.

Learning objectives

1

Understanding the theory behind Advanced IASTM techniques, cupping therapy, flossing treatment and exercise and foam rolling, and the use of these techniques to treat injuries of soft tissue and fascia pathologies

2

Using relevant clinical equipment (ERGON® Tools, cups, flossing bands and foam roller) to:

2.1

Effectively assess myofascial restrictions

2.2

Be fully capable of treating most musculoskeletal pathologies/injuries

2.3

Combine fascia techniques - Facilitate functional rehabilitation

2.4

Incorporating fascia techniques into treatment protocols in combination with stretching and functional rehabilitation, strengthening exercises while fully understanding indications and contraindications of applications.
