Konstantinos Mylonas is a trained Sports and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist, specialized in soft tissue mobilization.

He studied in the Technological Educational Institute of Western Greece. He is a member of the Laboratory of Human Evaluation and Rehabilitation of the Technological Educational Institute of Western Greece.

During his studies, he participated in research on the potential connection of the length-tension relationship of the hamstrings with muscle strains, doing his undergraduate thesis on “Length-tension asymmetries of hamstrings and injuries in professional soccer players”.

His MSc thesis is on the effects of soft tissue mobilization techniques (ERGON IASTM Technique) and neuromuscular exercises on the functionality of patients with neck pain and forward neck posture (MSc “Rehabilitation Sciences: Physical Therapy routes” of the Technological Educational Institute of Western Greece).

Under the guidance of Associate Professor Dr. Konstantinos Fousekis he has participated in many research studies on sports and musculoskeletal injuries and soft tissue mobilization techniques, with increasing focus on the evaluation of the effects of soft tissue mobilization techniques in musculoskeletal and sports injuries. Current research interests include the study of the fascia system and its interaction with other tissues of the human body.

He is experienced in treating musculoskeletal and sports injuries. He has worked in rehabilitation centers and in amateur and professional soccer and basketball teams in Greece as well as with elite martial arts athletes. He is a member of the Panhellenic Physical Therapy Association as well as the Panhellenic Sports Physiotherapy Association, the professional and educational union body for Greek chartered Sports Physiotherapists.

He has worked with Associate Professor Dr. Konstantinos Fousekis on advancing soft tissue mobilization techniques and co-founded specialized ERGON IASTM Technique Concept. His is the CEO of ERGON TECHNIQUE and head trainer of ERGON IASTM Technique Basic and Advanced courses in Europe.

He has also contributed to the INDIBA Fascia project and was among the ERGON IASTM instructors who trained INDIBA trainers on INDIBA Fascia treatment (training of trainers).

Konstantinos has participated in several seminars on IASTM and Fascial Manipulation and release techniques as well as sports physiotherapy conferences.

Vasilis katsiaounis earned his Bachelor Science degree of Physiotherapy from Technological Educational Institute of Sterea Greece. Vasilis is a Manual Therapist (Mulligan concept).

He works for a professional football team and has his own private clinic. His interests include soft tissue mobilization and manipulations techniques.

Vasilis Katsiaounis has participated in several seminars and meetings regarding IASTM techniques.

He is clinical practitioner and Master instructor of Ergon Technique.

Dr. Kostantinos Fousekis is a physiotherapist with a specialization in soft tissue mobilization and Sports Physiotherapy.

He is Assistant Professor in Sports Physiotherapy of the Department of Physiotherapy of Technological Education Institute of Western Greece.

He has a long experience in rehabilitation of musculoskeletal and sports injuries and is a professional physiotherapist of professional soccer teams. He is the author of the book entitled «Clinical Sports Physiotherapy» and of several scientific publications regarding the evaluation and rehabilitation of sports and musculoskeletal injuries with soft tissue techniques.

In collaboration with Konstantinos Mylonas developed older IASTM techniques and created the technique ERGON TECHNIQUE as the basic treatment of painful and non-musculoskeletal disorders.

Pavlos Angelopoulos is specialized in Sports and Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation and Ergon IASTM  techniques.

Pavlos Angelopoulos completed his Bachelor Science degree of Physiotherapy in Technological Educational Institute of Western Greece. His Bachelor Thesis was associated with therapeutic techniques for Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness and it earned the Award for the Best Thesis at Panhellenic Physiotherapy Conference of 2014. His Master Thesis is on the evaluation of novel myofascial techniques application on the functional capacities of athletes ankle.

He is a member of the Laboratory of Human assessment and Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine of the Technological Educational Institute of Western Greece and he is interested in clinical intervention, manual therapy, biomechanics and physiology, soft tissue mobilization technique and is at the moment he is involved in the development of several research and teaching projects (some of them have been published). Furthermore, he is a member of the Panhellenic Physical Therapy Association as well as the Panhellenic Sports Physiotherapy Association.

 

Pavlos Angelopoulos is a Sports Physiotherapist. He works for a professional football team which participates in Second Division of Greek Football League and for a Rehabilitation Clinic. He works also as a partner of a scientific team in Technological Educational institute of Western Greece which is involved in Ergometric measurements of football and basketball teams.

He has been involved with novel soft tissue mobilization techniques and he is the Educational Director of Kinetic Flossing Technique and Head trainer of their seminars in Europe.
